if you have tried to root this phone and, like me, for some reason flashed the wrong recovery image your touchscreen might be misaligned. 

first of all note that the pen is still working, so you can do the folowing using your pen: 

dial *#2663# and update the touch FW by pressing "TSP FW update (General)

now your touchscreen should be fixed again.
